Day 1 - was travelling and had 3 comfort/food stops plus the odd photo stop including a coffee stop at the world famous Drovers Inn and a quick photo stop at Glen Coe for the Falls of the McDonald's.
Day 2 - A quick visit to the Commando memorial in Spean Bridge followed by ride on the catamaran around Loch Ness, unfortunately Nessie was asleep and we didn't see him. From there we went to Treasures of the Earth in Corpach, full of amazing crystals and gemstones. After that we went to the Lower Falls in Glen Nevis, quite spectacular after all the rain.
Day 3 - This was my favourite day with a trip to Eilean Donan Castle and a tour inside, what a fantastic history this place has. After the tour around the castle it was back on the coach and a ride up to Skye going over the bridge, we had a photo stop there to get shots of the bridge and i had a quick visit to the village Kyleakin to get a shot of the ruins Caisteal Maol. From there back on the road through Skye to Armadale where we caught the ferry crossing to Mallaig, then back to the Hotel
Day 4 - This was a long trip to Inverness passing through the villages of Laggan (Laggan Coffee Bothy and Gallery) and Newtonmore (Village of decorated cats). A few hours wandering around Inverness then back on the coach to the hotel.
Day 5 - up early for the return trip home.

This was a well anticipated holiday and despite the rubbish weather we thoroughly enjoyed it. The food and service in the hotel is second to none and our coach driver John a mine of information and witty with it.
