Just the 3 of us again this week, hopefully be up to full strength for next week.
Unfortunately i have been a bit under the weather this week that's why the blog is late.
With the short days and sunrise being at 08:15 ish we normally just do the short distances and visit places close to home.
This week we parked in Lea Bridge and walk part of the way along the Cromford Canal to the Leawood Pump House then onwards and upwards to Lea Hurst the family home of Florence Nightingale. Then downhill back to the car.

Another fine house from the footpath. |
Only 2 1/2 miles this walk but it gave a nice bit of fresh air and a bit of exercise. A nice pleasant morning out.
See you next week.
