Around Bonsal

Only 3 of us again on this trip as brother Rob was away on Holiday but he's back now from sunny climes.
We went to have a look around Bonsal village and the surrounding area.with a walk up to the top of Masson Hill.
It was a bit misty to start with but then the sun came through and it was a very pleasant walk.

"T'owd man of Bonsall" to represent lead mining in the area. Bonsall has a very long history of lead mining as far back as in Roman times.
